Disabling Barriers stands ready to assist in that journey. From infancy to young adulthood, we all face challenges. For some, those challenges are profoundly more difficult. That’s why Disabling Barriers’ goal is to seek out unmet needs and fill those gaps to support children and young adults with disabilities.
Adult Education and Job Training Programs, Comprehensive Postsecondary Transition (CPT) Programs, Life Skills Programs, Job Placement Services, Tutoring, etc.
These funding areas are reflective of the findings from a 2019 Community Needs Assessment chartered by our sister organization Nursing and Therapy Services of Colorado (NTSOC).
